1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Solar Perspectives website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Who we are.
Two Towers Incorporated, a California corporation, 19 West Orange Grove Ave, Sierra Madre, CA 91024 (“Solar Perspectives,” “we,” “us”).

2) Scope; no client relationship

The Site is a brochure and contact channel. We don’t sell services through the Site. Nothing on the Site creates a client relationship, an expert-witness engagement, or any duty to act. Any professional work must be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides.

3) Informational content only; no guarantees

Site content is for general information. It is not engineering, legal, financial, investment, or expert-witness advice. Numbers, case figures, and testimonials are illustrative and do not guarantee outcomes. Decisions require context and a written engagement.

4) Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy. It explains what we collect (e.g., contact form details and analytics) and your choices. If these Terms conflict with the Privacy Policy on a privacy topic, the Privacy Policy controls for that topic.

5) Submissions and confidentiality

Do not send confidential project materials or personal data about third parties through the Site. Messages sent via the Site are not confidential. If you submit information anyway, we may use it to respond and then delete it upon request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Project-specific data is handled under the applicable contract, not these Terms.

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • probe, scan, or test the security of the Site;
  • access or scrape content by automated means without our written consent;
  • interfere with Site operation;
  • submit unlawful, infringing, or confidential third-party data;
  • use the Site for spam or unsolicited promotions.

We may suspend or block access for violations.

7) Third-party services and links

If you click Schedule a Consultation, you will leave our Site and use youcanbook.me. Your use of that service is governed by their terms and privacy policy. We also use service providers that help us operate the Site (non-exhaustive, may change without notice):

  • Squarespace (domain)
  • Netlify (hosting)
  • Google Workspace (email)
  • Airtable (form database)
  • Google Analytics (planned)

We aren’t responsible for third-party sites or services.

8) Ownership and license

All content on the Site is owned by Solar Perspectives or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your internal evaluation of our services. No other rights are granted. Do not reproduce, republish, mirror, frame, or commercially reuse Site content without our written permission.

Trademarks. “Solar Perspectives” and associated logos are our marks. No license to use our marks is granted by these Terms.

Linking. You may link to public pages in a way that is fair and not misleading. No framing, inline linking that misrepresents source, or suggestion of endorsement without written permission.

9) DMCA / copyright notices

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email privacy@solarperspectives.com with: (a) your contact information; (b) a description of the copyrighted work; (c) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized agent; and (f) your signature (physical or electronic).

Note: We have not designated a registered DMCA agent; we will review good-faith notices sent to the address above.

10) No warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, COVER, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limits; where prohibited, they apply only to the extent permitted.

12) Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solar Perspectives and our officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Sections intended to survive (e.g., ownership, submissions, disclaimers, limits, indemnification, governing law) will survive termination.

14) Governing law; venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts principles. The exclusive venue for any action relating to the Site is the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Each party waives any objection to venue or forum.

15) Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to the Site unless a later date is stated. Your continued use after changes are posted means you accept the changes.

16) Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use the Site.

17) Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement about Site use.
  • Severability. If a term is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, or asset transfer.
  • Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
  • Force majeure. We aren’t liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
